Draw a simple shape and make a guess before dipping the spoon. Did it lift away the way you expected? Trying again gives your child room to notice what changed, with you beside them to help explore the result.

How it helps

• Explore cause and effect as a drawing meets water. The water step gives you a visible result to compare with your child’s prediction.
• Practise drawing control on a small surface. Drawing on the spoon asks for controlled marks within a defined area.
• Make predictions and try a little experiment together. A different shape or another attempt lets you talk about what worked without treating a first try as a failure.

How to use and care

• Draw on the spoon, then dip it into water to try releasing the drawing.
• The markers contain washable ink.
